Welcome to Technomine. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital services and physical products. By accessing our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services and make purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. ACCOUNTS
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at contact@technomine.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Technomine offers two main categories:
4.1 Digital Services
Personalized coaching programs, nutrition plans, workout programs, e-books, PDF guides, and online consultations. These are delivered electronically (email, WhatsApp, member dashboard, or video call) and are personalized to you.
4.2 Physical Products
Merchandise, supplements, accessories, and printed materials shipped to your address.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or product at any time.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- Prices are listed on our website and may be shown in EUR and/or USD.
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, and PayPal.
- All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers; we do not store your full card details.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees, particularly on international orders.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING
- Some services are offered as monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing contact@technomine.net. Cancellation is as easy as sign-up.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you retain access until then.
- You may pause your subscription for up to 30 days with at least 5 days’ notice.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Digital Services
Delivered electronically, typically within the timeframe stated at purchase or during onboarding. Custom plans require you to provide accurate onboarding information before delivery.
7.2 Physical Products
Shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times and costs depend on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by you.
8. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Our refund and return terms are set out in full in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund/return window subject to the conditions stated there. Please review the Refund Policy for full details.
9. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Please read carefully.
- Our coaching, nutrition, and workout content is for general informational and educational purposes and is not medical advice.
- We are not your physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, supplement, or exercise program — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- You participate in any program at your own risk. You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
- Results vary from person to person. We make no guarantee of specific results, outcomes, or transformations.
- Supplements sold by us are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Technomine from liability arising from your reliance on our content, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or publish our digital content without written permission;
- Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our materials;
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff or coaches.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Technomine — including coaching plans, written materials, videos, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital service, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own personal use only. You do not acquire ownership.
12. USER CONTENT
If you submit content to us (such as testimonials, photos, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our services and marketing, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. You confirm you have the right to share any content you submit.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
14. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technomine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, where applicable).
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Technomine harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our content ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

20. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
